Odak İnşaat, which was established in 1979 as the first and pioneering company belonging to Odak Group, successfully serves as the Main Contractor in turnkey projects with its expert staff and organizational skills.

Odak İnşaat, which has successfully completed many qualified projects throughout Turkey, has started to achieve significant successes abroad as well in the 90s. Especially with the projects it has realized in Kazan, the capital of the Russian Tatarstan Republic, it has signed the most important structures that make up the silhouette of the city.

Odak İnşaat, which specializes in shopping and entertainment centers, hotels, business and trade centers, has built approximately 1.5 million m⊃2; of construction since its establishment; With its experience in the restoration and renovation of historical and special buildings such as palaces, museums, opera and theater buildings, it has successfully completed many important projects.

Environmental and safety sensitive project approach

Odak İnşaat attaches special importance to the protection of the environment within the scope of its projects. All necessary studies are carried out in order to protect natural resources, to minimize the negative effects on the environment and to take the necessary measures to achieve this.

Taif Office Headquarters Building

Located on Tschapov Street, OAO TAIF administrative building is situated in the most elite part of Kazan. Office rooms are located on the upper 4 floors, with a cafe for employees on the ground floor and technical rooms on the lower floor. The central foyer is a colorful atrium with open elevators and stairs.

Odak Business Centers (Kozyatağı)

Built on 11 decares of land fronting the D-100 highway side road in the Kozyatağı region of Istanbul, where business centers have been built predominantly since the late 90s, the business centers consist of 6 buildings and 29.500 sqm closed area in total.

Akbars Youth Site Indoor Swimming Pool

The building of the former Youth Center was built in the late 1970s according to the projects of architect M. G. Hayrullin and engineer E. T. Serebryakov. The main ten-storey building housed a school and a hotel, and the two-storey side buildings housed a restaurant and cultural and sports centers. Hippodrome

The hippodrome main building project, built on the site of the former airport of Kazan city, consists of two buildings. The first is the Indoor Grandstand building with a floor area of 5,541 sqm and the second is the Outdoor Grandstand building with a floor area of 2,064 sqm.

Kul Sharif Mosque

Named after the brilliant religious and statesman of his time, Imam Kul Sharif, the Kul Sharif Mosque was built five hundred years ago in memory of the destroyed chief mosque of the Kazan Khanate.

State Archive of Tatarstan

The State Archive is part of the Presidential Palace Chain of Monuments and is connected to the Presidential Palace by a covered passage gallery. During the Kazan Khanate, the Nur Ali Mosque stood on the site of the building.

Hermitage Museum

The Old Military School was built in the 20s of the 19th century as a building in the style of Russian Neo-classicism.

City Hall

The first archival records about the building, which is now used as Kazan City Hall, date back to the 18th century. The building was built by the merchant Efreyinov in 1789-1790 as a residential building.

Kekin`s House

Kekin`s house was built in 1905 by Genrih Ru, the architect of 20 buildings built in Kazan at the beginning of the 20th century.

Musa Celil Tatar Academic Opera And Ballet Theater

The Musa Celil Tatar Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, built in 1851, is one of the unique architectural monuments of the Republic of Tatarstan. The architecture and decoration of the building were realized according to the principle of Tatar national classicism.

Presidential Palace of Tatarstan

In this project, Odak completed the earthquake support and floor addition works for the kindergarten, primary school, secondary school, high school buildings and the entire Kozyatağı Güneş campus on the campus used by Fevziye Mektepleri Vakfı Işık High School, which is one of the well-established educational institutions of the country.

The Administration of the Supreme Court of the Tatarstan Republic and the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation has a total area of 0.615 hectares and is located within the boundaries of residential and administrative buildings being built in the center of the city of Kazan. The architectural volume is divided into eight parts with floor numbers from 2 to 8 of each block.

T.R. Kazan Consulate General Building

The land allocated for the construction of the Cultural Center of the Kazan Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey is located in the Vahitova district of Kazan, across the Mustari and Gorkogo Avenues.
