Of this, 13.2 hectares are used for the building and parking lot and 15.1 hectares for the amusement park. The building includes a supermarket, grocery stores, dry cleaners, a pharmacy, a bank branch, restaurants, cinemas, and cultural and entertainment facilities.
PARK HOUSE with a total area of 68,000 m2 is located in the dynamically growing Novo-Savinovskiy district, within 10 minutes walk of the city's population of over 500,000. The complex is easily accessible from all parts of the city, with approximately 35,000 vehicles passing by the complex daily.
