With more than 40 years of construction experience, Odak Group launched Agora, the first Shopping Center project of the group in Izmir in 2003.

Since 2003, Odak has been successfully managing all services in the field of operation, leasing and marketing of the Shopping Centers, Offices and Storage Logistics Center projects that Odak owns in the most valuable locations in Turkey.

Agora Adapazari Shopping Center

Agora Adapazarı Shopping Center was opened on May 28, 2015 under the Odak Group after Izmir.

Agora Antalya Shopping Center

With a total construction area of 270,000 sqm and a leasable area of 80,000 sqm , Agora Antalya is the largest shopping and entertainment center in the Mediterranean.

Agora Izmir Shopping Center

Opened on March 14, 2003, Agora Shopping Center was named after `AGORA`, which means bazaar, market, trading place in ancient times. Since its opening in 2003, the shopping mall, which is the pioneer of customer satisfaction and quality service, is the dynamic and innovative address of fashion and entertainment in the Izmir region.

Odak Business Centers (Atasehir)

Atasehir, the most popular region on the Anatolian side of Istanbul in recent years, plays an important role in the development of the commercial potential in the region with its features such as being Turkey's first financial center, being close to existing transportation networks and being located on the Kadıköy - Kartal Metro line.

Odak Business Centers (Kozyatagi)

Built on 11 decares of land fronting the D-100 highway side road in the Kozyatagi region of Istanbul, where business centers have been predominantly constructed since the late 90s, the business centers consist of 6 buildings and 29,500 m² closed area in total.

Pancar OSB Factory Building

A factory building with a total construction area of 9,100 sqm , including 2,014 sqm office building and 7,085 sqm factory area, was built on a 16,000 sqm land area in Pancar Organized Industrial Zone, Torbalı - İzmir. The factory building became operational in 2016.

Milo Mansion Apartment

Milo Mansion Apartment Building, located in Fenerbahçe Neighborhood, Kadıköy District, Istanbul Province, has been completed with the "Construction Contract in Return for Land Share".
