Odak İnşaat started the construction of elite residential buildings in Istanbul in 1990 with the world famous Kemer Country Houses. The first phase of this essential project was completed by Odak Construction in 1992.

In 1992, Odak İnşaat started another construction venture in the same region, the Kemer Houses project, which was financed entirely with equity.
