The residential buildings on Telman street consist of two apartment buildings with mansard and pedestal floors, an underground car park with a capacity of 16 vehicles and a security guard's booth.

The inner load-bearing walls of the apartment buildings and the inner layer of the outer walls are made of concrete blocks up to the level of 1.50 m, and the top is made of ceramic bricks. The structural strength of the buildings is provided by the monolith reinforced concrete skeleton. The interior wall cladding of the buildings is made of ceramic bricks up to 0.30 m level and decorative bricks on top.

The buildings are equipped with water, sewage, electricity, heating, ventilation, fire alarm and security systems.
