Opened on March 14, 2003, Agora Shopping Center is named after `AGORA`, which means bazaar, market, trading place in the Ancient Age. Since its opening in 2003, the shopping center, which is the pioneer of customer satisfaction and quality service, is the dynamic and innovative name of fashion and entertainment in the Izmir region.

Offering different alternatives for everyone from 7 to 70 to have a good time with its shopping, entertainment center and cinemas all day long, Agora has become the largest shopping center in Izmir with its national and international brands. On September 10, 2008, the number of stores increased from 85 to 178, the store area from 13,210 sqm to 28,342 m2, the indoor area from 41,000 sqm to 89,000 sqm , and the indoor parking capacity increased to 1,355 vehicles.
